For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, RAZÓN SOCIAL/CARLOS DE LUIS SENANTE, hereinafter DECINCO, informs you that fully complies with current legislation on protection of personal data, and with the commitments of confidentiality of its activity.
DECINCO informs you of the existence of personal data files, owned by CARLOS DE LUIS SENANTE, for the purposes of management, communication and information. These files are registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which can be accessed by the user to check the status of the same.
DECINCO has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing.

At the time of the request for this information, the customer or user will be informed of the recipient of the information, the purpose for which the data is collected, the identity and address of the File Manager and the user’s ability to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their data.
DECINCO does not transfer personal data without the express consent of their owners, which must be granted on each occasion, being transferred only for the purpose expressed and always with the consent of the user or customer.
The data collected in all private communications between DECINCO and customers or users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, committing DECINCO to the obligation of secrecy of personal data, its duty to protect them and take all necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss and unauthorized access or treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures for Files containing personal data.
In addition, the information of any type that the parties exchange between themselves, that which they agree to be of such nature, or that which simply concerns the content of such information, will also have the status of confidential. The visualization of data through Internet, will not suppose the direct access to the same ones, except with the express consent of its holder for each occasion.
We recommend that the customer does not provide any third party identification, password or reference numbers that DECINCO could provide. Also, to ensure that the protection of professional secrecy between the company and the client is preserved in all communications, the customer / user must not disclose confidential information to third parties.
DECINCO reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as those that may arise from existing standard codes on the subject, or by strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of such changes on the website decinco.es.
The website decinco.es, is managed by RAZÓN SOCIAL/CARLOS DE LUIS SENANTE, with NIF CIF/NIF.
The file created is located in the business premises, which is established for the purposes of this Legal Notice, in Carrer dels Banys Vells 1, Local 2 (corner), BARCELONA, province of BARCELONA, with Postal Code 08003, Spain. In any case, it will be applicable in this regard, the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, especially with regard to the collection of personal data, information to stakeholders and the creation and maintenance of personal data files.
