Currently shipping costs are free, so we assume them for the entire peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
In principle we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If you are interested in a shipment to these places, please contact us through the email shop@decinco.es to inform us and consult the costs with the transport agency.
Decinco offers 30 days as a return period for its products, in which you can check that it is really the desired product, without the company requiring justification. This period is an extension of the legal right that extends for 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the order as notified by the carrier.
To take advantage of this right, the customer must keep the product in its original packaging (whenever possible) and in perfect condition, handling it no more than is necessary to know its nature. If a greater manipulation diminishes the value of the product, the customer will be responsible. Before making the refund, a check of the products will be made to confirm that they arrive in optimal conditions.
In case of receiving a defective product or with any defect, you must contact us to indicate it as soon as possible, to register the problem and contact the manufacturer, being able to choose between refunding the money or resending a new product.
To indicate the withdrawal of the order, you can download a withdrawal form by clicking [ here ] , which you can send us duly completed inside the package of the shipment, electronically to shop@decinco.es or communicate it to us by telephone. In any case, to facilitate the management by the company, we ask the customer to contact us by phone or email indicated at the bottom of the page.
In any case, the refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products at our address. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products to our address.
If you have received a gift item, you can cancel it under the same conditions according to the usual procedure and our Returns Policy, and the amount will be refunded to the person who made the purchase and in the same form of payment used.
